Regional and Global Benchmarking of the Tanzanian Textile Industry

During this project I spent a week in Tanzania (February 2015) with the local consultant. We conducted 12 interviews with industry representatives along the textile-apparel supply chain, including manufacturers, trade partners (import and export agents), textile associations, and government bodies. As the international consultant on the project, I ensured the research captured global dynamics relevant to Tanzania. The final output was a report by the African Cotton and Textile Industries Federation (ACTIF) and Wazir Advisors, India for the Gatsby Charitable Foundation
